Hot Forged Products

PRD operates a fully equipped manufacturing plant producing a wide range of hot forged products to all engineering standards and specific customer designs and specifications.

With a total of 6 vertical hot forge presses, the forging range includes the manufacture of products from 1/4 inch (6mm) to 4 inch (100mm) diameter accurately and with the flexibility to meet short lead times.

Modern induction heating equipment enables PRD to hot forge a wide range of materials including:

• Carbon and Steel Alloys
• Stainless steels
• Non-ferrous
• Duplex
• Nickel and Cupro-Nickel Alloys

PRD's experienced engineers and machine operators can produce products to customers' own designs. In-house tool making and the production of bolt blanks for stock ensure minimum manufacturing lead times.
